Choose where you want to apply the patch, ensuring the application area is clean and dry. Carefully peel off the protective backing.

Gently place your patch onto your chosen area of skin. The outside of your upper arm, inside of your wrist or sole of your foot are all likely to be effective placement areas.

Press down on the patch for a couple of seconds to ensure all corners of the patch are secure.
